I am overly satisfied with the Dezign Shop... from their spectacular and accurate floral arrangements to customer service, they are the BEST! I was hesitant to order from them as they are far from the L.A. location I usually deliver to, but they are so on point! The delivery person from my last order called me when there was an issue with the intercom system at my mom's address and after several exchanges, he ended delivering the flowers to her friend's address just a couple blocks away. He was so friendly and patient and even texted me a picture of the delivered flowers. I'm so appreciative and HIGHLY recommend the Dezign Shop.
